TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms are binding for both parties after the customer has made the payment stated in the terms of contract. Finnish law is the law governing these terms. If any possible disagreements cannot be resolved by negotiation, they shall be resolved in the District Court of Lapland.

Cancellation policy and complaints

**CANCELLATION POLICY:**

– More than 24 hours before activity start time – full refund
– Less than 24 hours before activity start time – non-refundable
– No show – non-refundable

All cancellations must be made via email to info@schv.fi. The cancellation will be regarded as being received at the time the information of the cancellation in question has reached Santa Claus Holiday Village. In the case of unforeseeable events, i.e. force majeure, Santa Claus Holiday Village is entitled to cancel the booking. In these cases the customer is entitled to receive a reimbursement of all payments remitted to the hotel in full.

**COMPLAINTS:**

All the complaints must be done immediately at the time of the tour to the tour provider and sales desk needs to be informed of any possible refunds. Later complaints at the sales desk are not eligible for any refunds.

Force Majeure

Christmas House Safaris is not liable to compensate any damages or accidents both before or during the stay caused by an unpredictable or extraordinary event (force majeure) or other sudden reason (eg. natural phenomena, exceptional weather, political or religious events) that Christmas House Safaris could not have kept from occurring even through uttermost care and caution of procedures. We are not responsible of any damages or consequences caused by normal weather phenomena. (E.g. cloudy weather, storm or rain.)
